The Chamber Resource Group Management
Kevin Leipsic -- President
 With over 25 years of successful sales and business development experience, Founder and President, Kevin Leipsic has worked with and contributed to Fortune 500 companies, Small Business Owners and several successful Internet Start-Up companies.
In addition to the day-to-day management of The Chamber Resource Group, Kevin is also the Founder and President of www.TheContractorsResourceCenter.com, and www.FoothillFamilyFinancial.com. Each of these companies provide Business, Financial and Insurance Services.
Community and volunteer work includes Kevin's involvement as a Board Member of the Placer County Childcare Association. As a board member, Kevin provides workshops and interactive seminars to help families improve their cash flow, lower their taxes and prepare for a safe retirement. Kevin is a contributing editor for the Gold Country Families newsletter on financial and insurance related topics and a recent graduate of the Auburn Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.
Kevin and his family live in Lake of the Pines, a community within Auburn, California.
Terry Richardson -- Director of Insurance Programs
 Terry Richardson maintains over 30 years of experience in helping Associations develop programs to lower their net insurance costs. Terry’s consulting background includes the creation of discounted insurance programs for Health Insurance, Workers Compensation as well as General Liability Insurance.
Terry has worked with and put discounted programs in place for well over 225 Employer Trade Organizations throughout the United States. Through domestic and international contacts, Terry has developed personal relationships with senior executives at some of the nation’s largest insurance carriers and off-shore captive communities.
The combination of industry experience and personal contacts at this level make Terry a significant asset to the Chamber Resource Group. Terry and his family currently reside in Lincoln, California.
Tomer Tal -- Legal Services Director
 Mr. Tal’s legal career began at Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati, a highly respected Silicon Valley laws firm. Tomer Maintained over 40 public and private clients and counseled them on general corporate matters, venture capital financing, debt financings, asset purchases, sales and in intellectual property licensing transactions.
Later, Mr. Tal became the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Military Commercial Technologies, Inc. (Milcom) a venture incubabator focused on the creation of commercial technology ventures based on defense technology. At Milcom, Mr. Tal was responsible for the technology licensing of incubated portfolio companies as well as negotiating rounds of financing for these companies which, at their peak had a combined value of over $4 billion.
Currently, Mr. Tal is the principal of New Venture Attorneys which maintains business offices in Roseville, CA, San Francisco, CA and Reno, NV. Mr. Tal and his legal team provide Complimentary Consultations to clients that are referred from All Contractors Insurance. Mr. Tal holds a J.D. and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
